From your dashboard, pick what you need. Most people start with the Filing Preparation Package ($19.99). You can also add a Resume ($4.99) or subscribe to State Updates ($4.99/month).
Answer a series of simple questions through our guided wizard. Things like: your state, when you became unemployed, your most recent employer, your work history, and reason for separation. It takes about 10 minutes.
After completing the form, you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Pay $19.99 once for the filing package. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Our team reviews your information and prepares a complete, customized filing package for your state. This typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll get an email when it's ready.
Log into your dashboard and download your custom PDF. Open it on any device. Print it, email it to yourself, or save it for reference.
Follow the instructions in your package to file your claim with your state. Most states use online portals — your guide will explain exactly which website to visit and what to enter where. Some states accept mail-in filing.
