Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase, AS LONG AS we haven't yet started preparing your package. After we've started work, refunds are not available because we've already invested time customizing your materials.
Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if we haven't started writing. If you receive a draft and aren't satisfied, we'll revise it once for free instead of refunding.
Cancel anytime โ your subscription stops at the end of your current billing month and you keep access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in the current billing period.

If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first before disputing the charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when changes took effect. Existing orders are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
